My passion is working with people - helping them find connection, recognize their strengths, and empower them to live more authentically. It is so rewarding to support individuals as they re-author their stories and find new purpose in their lives. As a Montessori teacher and now therapist, I have worked with children and families since 2004. Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families are all welcome.

I have a master’s degree in Counseling in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University (NYU). Outside of work, I enjoy being in the outdoors, meditation, and photography. I recently moved away from Montana where both of my college-age sons still live.
