Orientation/Approaches
“Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.” -Albert Einstein
Therapy is viewed through a holistic, integrative, trauma-informed lens, inclusive of all identities, cultures, and sexual orientations. Specific integrated theories consider particular clients, the situation, and the therapeutic dynamic, working harmoniously for each client. These theories have also been confirmed by research as evidence-based practices (EBP), approaches that have proven efficacy. Narrative therapy and Neuroscience are meta-theories (or overarching ideas) that tend to strengthen interventions from other theories.
